Dear Todd,

I want to personally thank you for all of your quality work on our behalf in selling our home. You were very personable, highly professional and a credit to our Lord. The quality of your virtual tour on the web was a major key to finding our buyer from California. As I looked at this tour, I was impressed enough to want to buy our own home.

I was also impressed with the calliber of professional integrity you displayed in everything you did. Of particular note was your refusal to give the official Appraiser any price guidelines based on your own personal appraisal. You, instead, insisted that she do her work without any bias. When she appraised the house at a much higher value than you had, you were quick to admit your mistake. Thanks for being so upright.

I want to also thank you for your generosity in joining us in sending an appreciation gift to Ros. This was something that you obviously were under no obligation to do. It says to me that you value relationship and being salt and light in the work place even above the bottom line.

Carol and I look forward to getting to know you and Therese much better in the future. We would love to have you into our new house when we get in and settled. Consider this an invite.

Above The Crowd!

     As we take a short break from unpacking boxes in our new home, we needed to take a moment to extend a hearty thank you to W. F. Todd Wyatt. Our home had been on the market for nearly a year. We thought it was a great first home - well-decorated, great yard, great neighborhood - but we couldn't seem to sell it. We found one potential buyer, but the deal wouldn't close. We noticed W.F. Exemplary Service & Integrity

Recently I had occasion to sell my property at 225 Oakhurst Leaf Drive. I selected Todd Wyatt as my Realtor because of his energy and track record of sales in the area. I was not disappointed.

As a matter of fact, Todd aggressively marketed my house in the neighborhood, through MLS, FMLS and on Realtor.com. As a result, I had brisk activity and a viable contract within 4 weeks. During a market decline, we closed the property a mere 60 days after signing the listing agreement. Additionally, as we prepared the house for closing, Todd coordinated necessary services, including minor repairs, the termite inspector, property inspectors and other ancillary vendors, required to make closing the property a reality. Since I had already departed Atlanta, his coordination and efforts insured a speedy and smooth transfer to the new owners.

Dear Wyatt Group,

I wanted to express my extreme gratitude for everyone's efforts on the "Wyatt Group Team" in selling my home.  Your group expressed service with a smile plus ten.

Of course, you have great leaders in Todd and Therese.  When I made the decision that I may need to sell my home because renting it was becoming stressful, I called five agencies. I left messsages at all five agencies; Todd was the first and only one to call me back.  He called me back and left a message on my voice mail. It was an exceptional message He didn't just call back with "This is Todd Wyatt, I am returning your call", but left me a full commercial of service, which made me want to call him back.  I am so glad I did.

He answered all of my questions and calmed my concerns. I moved to South Florida, and he worked with me during hurricane Wilma. He made sure he stayed in touch with me leaving me to deal with other more important issues like finding hot coffee with no power for eight days.

My home was close to being closed; Todd came down with an attack of kidney stones. He was still on the job! He never once let me down, nor did anyone on his team.
