W. F. Todd Wyatt – Todd moved to Atlanta in 1971 as a 10 year old and has seen Atlanta and the surrounding community grow, develop and prosper. After attending the University Of Tennessee he returned to Atlanta with his bride Therese. Todd worked in Retail Management for 2 years before going into the manufacturing business with his Mom and Dad. Todd was the general manager for 3W Quilting & Laminating Co., Inc for 17 years where he managed the production of custom bedspreads, coverlets, pillows and pillow shams along with custom made window treatments and laminated fabrics. Todd began his Real Estate Career in 1996. His business has grown every year because of his “World Class Service” which resulted in the natural by product of his clients becoming raving fans thus referring their friends and family who needed his services.  Todd consistently ranks among the Top Producing Agents in his Keller Williams Realty Office and has consistently been ranked among Top 1% in the Southeast Region of Keller Williams Realty International. Todd and Therese have been married 26 years and have 3 children Blake 23 who is a graduate of Auburn University, Brittany 21 a Junior at Kennesaw State University, and Barret 18 a Senior at Seqouyah High School.  Todd And Therese  live on the Roswell side Woodstock and attend First Baptist Church Woodstock.

Therese K. Wyatt – Therese graduated form The University of Tennessee and moved to Atlanta with her husband Todd and worked 2 years in the Macy Management Training Program. After raising 3 children, Therese joined Todd in the Real Estate Business and The Wyatt Real Estate Group was born. Therese is instrumental in supporting and coordinating the entire team and is very influential in the community resulting in their best referral source. Therese and Todd are both life partners and business partners. Therese enjoys riding her horse, helping her daughter Brittany train and show her horses in addition to training and showing with her son Barret their Australian Shepherd dogs in agility and sheep herding.
