W. F. Todd Wyatt – Todd moved to Atlanta in 1971 as a 10 year old and has seen
Atlanta and the surrounding community grow, develop and prosper. After attending the
University Of
Tennessee he returned to
Atlanta with his bride Therese. Todd worked in Retail Management for 2 years before going into the manufacturing business with his Mom and Dad. Todd was the general manager for 3W Quilting & Laminating Co., Inc for 17 years where he managed the production of custom bedspreads, coverlets, pillows and pillow shams along with custom made window treatments and laminated fabrics. Todd began his Real Estate Career in 1996. His business has grown every year because of his “World Class Service” which resulted in the natural by product of his clients becoming raving fans thus referring their friends and family who needed his services. Today he is the Top Producing Agent in his Keller Williams Realty Office and is ranked in the Top 15 in the Southeast Region of Keller Williams Realty International. Todd and Therese have been married 22 years and have 3 children Blake 20 who is a sophomore at
Auburn, Brittany 17, and Barret 14. They live in the Woodstock area and attend

Therese K. Wyatt – Therese graduated form The University of Tennessee and moved to
Atlanta with her husband Todd and worked 2 years in the Macy Management Training Program. After raising 3 children, Therese joined Todd in his Real Estate business and The Wyatt Real Estate Group was born. Therese is instrumental in supporting and coordinating the entire team and is very influential in the community resulting in our best referral source. Therese and Todd are both life partners and business partners. Therese enjoys riding her horse, helping her daughter
Brittany train and show her horses in addition to training and showing with her son Barret their Australian Shepherd dogs in agility and sheep herding.
Beverly Fenello - Beverly grew up in Columbia, S.C., and moved to
Atlanta 8 years ago. She currently lives in
Roswell with her husband, Jay, and 2 “kitties”. She is an active member of

Vivian Bettis - Vivian grew up in Chattanooga, TN and moved to Atlanta 16 years ago to take a job with Delta Air Lines upon graduating from the University of Alabama. She currently lives in Roswell with her husband, Steve, and their 2 children who keep her busy at their school, High Meadows, where she currently acts as a "Room Mom." She is a member of Northbrook United Methodist Church where she served as Chairman of the Preschool Board. In her spare time, Vivian enjoys playing tennis, running, and traveling with her family. "I know that buying a home is a very important part of life and a big financial decision. My goal is to make the home buying process as easy as possible and to provide impeccable service. I want all my clients to be so WOWed by their experience that they can't wait to share my name with friends and family."
Betty Hallum – Betty is a native Tennessean and has been proud to claim Georgia
as her home since 1967. Betty has over 20 years of Real Estate experience and joined The Wyatt Real Estate Group as the Closing Coordinator in February 2005. Jane Wellons – Jane grew up in Alabama, graduated from college with a degree in Business, and moved to Atlanta in 1991 from
Tampa with her family. She currently lives in East Cobb with her husband, David, her daughter, Rebecca, and her dog, Sonny. Her older daughter, Kaitlyn, attends
Auburn
University where she is involved in campus and sorority activities. Jane worked as a Corporate Paralegal for large law firms in Jacksonville and
Tampa, FL and in Sales & Marketing for a small Real Estate Developer. Jane is an active member of

Marietta where she volunteers in a variety of ministries. She also loves to play ALTA tennis.
Alyson Ryczek – Alyson is also a native of
Atlanta and married a native Atlantan Zack Ryczek. You might recognize the name “Ryczek” from an Atlanta Falcon player years ago. Alyson started her Real Estate career right out of High School and married a few years later and now has 3 children - Kyle 4, Taylor 2 and a newborn Brian. Alyson loves the Real Estate business, but time does not allow her to be involved full time. Therefore she does a lot of the behind the scenes marketing along with producing the monthly News Letters. She currently resides in Buford and is involved in an inner city ministry called Vision Atlanta.
